                 Dealing with stress



Have you ever felt stress? Of course everyone have felt in daily life. I feel stress too. So, today I introduce my solving way. I often do three things to deal with stress.

First, I often listen to music when I feel bad and frustration. It makes me relax. In perticular, piano playing and orchestra make me very calm. I often listen them. And I often chill out with music. Jiburi music also makes me relax. Among them, "Anonatsue", made by Jo Hisaisi, is so beautiful music. I recommend it.

Second,  I often eat delicious food or something to decrease stress. Delicious food makes me happy. After eating, I often feel sleeping. Sleeping is the happiest things for me all of things. Eating delicious food lead to less stress.

Finally, I often do someting such as sports, music, and singing etc. They make me to forget stress. I like singing. I also like to play some music instruments. I can forget stress during do them. On the other hand, Playing sports, like volleyball, make me fun. Body act is a good idea to solve and forget my stress.

Thanks to them, I feel less stress. There is my solution to deal with my stress.
